This morning, we jumped in the car right after breakfast. We wanted to get to Rock Hill so that we could visit with our cousins, Stephen, Gianna and their daughter, Andrea. This is the first day in many that the sun hasn't been warmly beaming. And, of course, our big plan was to go swimming! Jordan has been fanatical about the water, lately, so we still got in the pool. Andrea (Drea if you're Jordan) didn't want to be the only one swimming in just a swim diaper; Jordan was happy to oblige!
We aren't able to get all the grandkids together very often, so we always take a couple of group shots to document our time together. Note to self--take group pictures before doing something Jordan loves...like swimming! First of all, all Jordan wanted to do was fill a container with water and dump it back into the pool. Then she started pouring it on her head. Remember how I mentioned the weather? It was by no means cold. But with no sun and a soaking wet little girl, she ended up with blue lips and chattering teeth! Getting her out of the pool was very tearful as she didn't understand why we thought it was time to get out since she was shivering. Couple that with being asked to sit still for a picture and this is what you get! :)
